Rules:
• Photo must reflect this year’s theme, “Essence of Vietnam,” (Sắc Màu Việt Nam).
• Digital manipulation may be used to optimize an image (i.e. brightness, color, contrast) and/or crop an image, but they are not permitted to add or remove key elements of the composition
Photo must be taken between Feb. 2009 and Feb. 2010.
• Due date: Monday, Feb. 15, 2010.

Format should be jpeg for easy viewing
Size requirement: Suitable to yield a 4 x 6 print (1936 x 1296 pixels), or 300 dpi.
