Dear volunteers and team leaders,
Its that time a year again, we are preparing for the Tet festival. As a volunteer and a teamleaders you are required to attend this orientation. This is also a potluck so food is needed, so everyone please bring a dish to share.
What: Mandatory Volunteer Orientation and Potluck Picnic
When: SATURDAY, JANUARY 8th. 10am-12:30pm
Team Leaders come at 9:30

Why: To get info on your volunteer duties and shift. To get familiarized with the Tet staff, and if you are under 18, to turn in your waivers.
Details: Attendance is mandatory if you want to volunteer at the Tet festival. This event is a potluck. Please bring something edible to share. We will provide drinks and flatware. There will be a short presentation to confirm the dates and times which you signed up to work. You will meet team leaders and participate in relay races. We have fun prizes from Volcum apparel to In and Out gift cards. Dress appropriately for physical activity. If you are under 18, turn in your signed waivers to us at this meeting. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW, you will forfeit your shift.
