Christina Nguyen: Audio Introduction
Hello, my name is Christina Nguyen. I am currently attending the University of San Diego. Something unique about me is that I love anime and cosplay (dressing up as an anime character from a show) as well as having an interest in Japanese culture. The reason why I love running around at conventions in flamboyant costumes wielding props is because it’s like stripping free of my normal life for a walk on the wild side, as if I am living the life of that character, even for a day. My favorite quote is “Learn from yesterday, live for today, and hope for tomorrow” by Albert Einstein because that is how I believe everyone should live their life, by making the most out of everyday even if it is not much. An extremely important belief that I hold dear is in whatever it is, one must find their happiness in their life. By living life the way they want, by loving what they do to wake up every morning for it, by feeling the very simple emotion of happiness… This is the only reason a person knows that they are truly alive.
