Hi my name is Lily Khuu, I am 20 years old. I am a sophomore at San Diego State University and am majoring Child Family Development. My interests are going for walks at night, karaoke with my friends, yoga and Pilates, eating, reading, having philosophical conversations, and writing short stories and poems Most of all I like to volunteer at events and with other organizations helping people who are in need and dedicating most of my time being an activist both on and off campus. I have long term leadership skills through University California of San Diego Leadership Outreach Program and am now dedicating myself towards the environment getting seriously involved with Organizations such as Green Love and Enviro-Business Society. My friends have taught me to experience a healthy life while benefiting the earth such as eating healthy, buying organic food, recycling, and composting. Getting involved with the Asian community will also help me seek pride for my roots, the Vietnamese culture, heritage and for myself.
