Golden voice singing contest is held at the San Diego New Year Tet Festival every year. 
About Kid's Spotlight
Kid's Spotlight allows young Vietnamese Americans to show the true beauty, talent, and essence of their Vietnamese Culture. Kid's Spotlight serves as a once-a-year opportunity during Vietnam's biggest holiday for Vietnamese children to have fun and enjoy themselves while freely expressing their understanding of the heritage through their talents and presentations. Winners this year will receive different titles instead of being placed in ranks 1 through 5 like previous years. They will be judged on, but not limited to: punctuality, charisma, ability to comfortably speak in Vietnamese, ability to answer questions, ability to perform a talent, and most importantly, the knowledge of his/her culture.
Contestant will be judged on the following skills:
* Children wearing Vietnamese traditional clothing
* Talent
* Manners
* Ability to answer basic questions in Vietnamese
Requirements
* Top 3 contestants in previous years do not qualify
* Be able to perform a talent
* Ages between 4-10 Years Old before January 25th, 2009
* Guardian must be with children at orientation 12/21/08 between 3-5pm and day of event 1/25/09 around 9:30am
