Requirements for this competition:
* Top 3 contestants in previous years do not qualify
* Be able to perform a talent
* Ages between 4-10 Years Old
* Guardian must be with children at orientation
Contestant will be judged on the following skills:
* Children wearing Vietnamese traditional clothing
* Talent
* Manners
* Ability to answer basic questions in Vietnamese
