Celebrating at Balboa Park (Corner of Park Blvd & Presidents Way) from January 23rd through 25th 2009, VAYA aims to make this festival another milestone event by expanding the venue and increasing the participation of the broader community. VAYA Tet Festival serves to unite youths through promoting and preserving the Vietnamese culture.
