Celebrating in Balboa Park (Corner of Park Blvd & Presidents Way) from January 23rd through 25th, 2009, VAYA aims to make this festival a milestone event by increasing the participation of San Diego community and by expanding Tet Festival 2009 with even more cultural entertainment and exhibits that will fill festival attendees with excitement and joy.
